Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will enter processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and returned in their original packaging.

Please note:

• Used, worn, or damaged items (due to normal or improper use) are not eligible for a refund.
• Returns sent without approval, without valid reason, or outside the 30-day window may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To request a return, email us at hello@9pmlove.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for return. All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging.

Please include your order number and sender’s name inside the return package to help us process it efficiently. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection. If your return is approved, allow 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method. If you do not receive your refund after this timeframe, please reach out to us so we can assist you further.

❗ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been used or worn.

Refunds are issued in EUR (€). Customers are responsible for any fees related to foreign currency conversion or exchange rates.

Product Concerns

We care deeply about the quality of our products and encourage all customers to use them responsibly. Please follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines included with your product and available on our website.

Failure to do so may result in risks or injuries for which we cannot be held liable. Refunds or replacements related to misuse are issued at our sole discretion.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it is physically broken or has a functional defect—not if only the packaging is affected.

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@9pmlove.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you’re eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to wear, normal use, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control, including those caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen logistical issues.

If you encounter any delivery issues, please reach out to us via email for assistance. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, unless you selected our PREMIUM Shipping option, which includes protection against loss, theft, and damage.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business from fraud, we verify all billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions for suspicious activity. We may request additional information to verify a purchase. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer.
